This project was a simple 'Sense of Place' idea to find the true meaning and essence of a place and represent that through photography. My idea was to focus on what made the annex in which my Nan lived represent her personality and the things she likes through subtle images of empty space and sometimes the implication of movement before it happens. I wanted to captured moments in which my Nan could seconds later grab or move into the image suspending moments in time as is the beauty of photography.
